When I traveled through Europe after college, my friends Clare and Courtney and I ate a ton of these salami pretzel roll sandwiches. I've been making them at home ever since. They're my favorite thing to pack for a picnic or day at the beach because everyone loves them. My friend Beth just took it to the next level by adding minced cornichons. So good! I don't know if I'll ever eat one again without them. And never forget the butter!
