I'm on a quest. A quest for blueberry recipes. In the last week I've made baked oatmeal with blueberries and banana, blueberry crisp cookies, blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup, and blueberry muffins.
The best blueberry recipe so far is Smitten Kitchen's Perfect Blueberry Muffins. They truly are the perfect blueberry muffin. And for a non-baker, they were really easy and fool-proof. These muffins and the blueberry syrup from yesterday are two keepers for next year's blueberry season.
