This is inspired by a great salad I had at Tallulah's.
Salad with Grilled Hallumi & Stone Fruit
Nectarines (ripe or a little before they are ripe) – grilled
on the BBQ in a foil bowl
Hallumi – grilled directly on the BBQ
Arugula tossed with dressing
Vinaigrette dressing for salad:
2T white/golden balsamic vinegar
2 T olive oil
1-2 t honey
Salt & pepper
