Have you ever ordered butternut squash or pumpkin ravioli with browned butter and sage from a restaurant? It's delicious, isn't it?! Well you can have something very similar at home in about 10 minutes.
I'm a big fan of fresh pasta found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store and I especially love Bertagni's pumpkin raviolis (available at Whole Foods among other stores).
The raviolis take 3-4 minutes to boil. Drain the noodles and melt 3 T of butter in the warm pan with some chopped sage. Let the butter brown just a smidge and then toss the noodles back in and stir. Toss with freshly grated parmesan (or pre-grated to be faster) and try a taste of heaven. It's so good and so easy.
(I wish I had a photo to share but we ate them up too fast.)
