Just saw these fish tacos with Roasted Tomatillo Coulis on Mixed Greens so I'm going to try this recipe instead of halibut with pesto. I can hardly wait. My mouth is watering already.
I think I will serve these with some sweet potato fries. Been dying to try making those.
