Stir-Fried Pork with Leeks

.

Get your hands on some good pork (like the pork stir-fry from Skagit River Ranch) and try this recipe from Saveur for Stir-Fried Pork with Leeks (Cong Bao Rou Si). Easy and good.

sounds yummy, though I might trade in pork tenderloin and adjust cooking time. But I was curious, what did you serve it with? Rice? etc?

If a main dish has even a hint of Asian flavor, I serve it with white rice. My husband and I LOVE white rice. As a side dish I would do broccoli, bok choy or Orangette's cabbage with hot sauce.
