Darn you Tony Bianco! Why do you not ship outside of New Zealand or Australia? I'm drooling all over my keyboard for these ankle boots.

If it's any consolation, Tony Bianco shoes aren't the best quality - much more style over substance. In Australia, clothes and shoes are very expensive compared to the USA (I personally think that J.Crew is very well priced compared to our local equivalent), and these shoes are on the cheaper fast fashion end of the spectrum.
