.The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater is my most favorite show on earth. My sister introduced me to the dance company when I was in college and I don't know if I've missed a Seattle show since. The company doesn't come to Seattle every year so it's a huge treat when they do. I just got the news that they're coming in March to the 5th Avenue Theater. I'm giddy.
.If you enjoy modern dance and great music like gospel and jazz, you will love the Alvin Ailey performances.
