Last night I had my in-laws over for a casual dinner. I wanted something really flavorful, but pretty healthy. I settled on this meal and it was delicious and well-paired.

- Cabbage with Hot Sauce, from Orangette
- Steamed broccoli, with butter and chicken bouillon
