It's a hard one for me to swallow since I have a real fondness for Larry David's quote about people who wear sunglasses indoors...

"There are only two types of people who wear sunglasses indoors... blind people and assholes."

I will make an exception though for travelers hoping to avoid jet lag, just this once.
