Are You Cooking Over Cocktails?

My friend Lynne had a request. She hoped I could get feedback from readers on their favorite recipes discovered on Over Cocktails. She'd love to know which ones people are enjoying so she can add them to her weekly meal plans. And I'm curious too. So, please email me with your favorite recipes from this blog (top 3 or 5 would be great) and I will compile a list to share.

I'd also love to know what else your cooking. Any favorite recipes from other food blogs that you couldn't live without now that they're in your life? Do share!

My favorite is the Asian Noodle Salad. I changed it up, though. No noodles, and make it look more like a slaw to use to top pulled pork sandys. (Cilantro sour cream sauce to top it all off....)

Chick Souvlaki, Roast Shrimp & Broccoli, Black Bean Green Enchies, Butter Lettuce Salad w/Orange Dijon Vin, Pasta w/Brussel Sprouts, Tomato Sauce w/Butter & Onion, Cumin Black Beans, Halibut w/Pesto, Roasted Cauliflow (2 ways), Curried Butternut Soup, Sweet Potato Fries, Lentil Soup w/Chorizo, Sauteed Sicilian Greens (my fave), Green Goddess Dressing, Ceci Bruschetta, Chicken w/Herbed Goat Cheese (making this tonight, again), Sauteed Brussel Sprouts w/Pistachio (love), Acai Fruit Smoothies, and my husband's all time faves: Super Easy Delicious Pasta and Chicken Dijon! We have the chicken dijon a lot. And I make the orange dijon vin for my the salads I take to work for lunch. I'm excited to make some more soups this winter and try the Jamie Oliver Carbonara and Giada's Turkey Sausage pasta! Love all of your recipes, Colleen! Mwah!
