A big shout of to my friend Rachel for her recent article in The Seattle Times, "Rachel's Ginger Beer: Small Batch, Big Jolt of Ginger". I am such a lover of ginger beer ever since my friend Clare first told me about it. Now I love getting cocktails or mocktails when out, or buying it to enjoy at home. Rachel's is fantastic so if you see it on a menu in Seattle, you've got to try it.
