Easy & Delicious Rotisserie-Style Roast Chicken

Last night I made Gwyneth's Rotisserie-Style Roast Chicken and loved it. It was so easy to prep - make a little rub with some butter (not much at all) and spices. Rub all over the bird and throw it in the oven, rotate three times and you're done. I served it with caramelized brussel sprouts and parsnip puree. A perfect dinner for a cold winter night and another great recipe from Gwyneth's cookbook.
