My friend Ali introduced me to Socca and now I'm obsessed. She made it to go with the roast chicken we made one night and I loved it together. I had never had anything like it. It's a great replacement for bread with dinner and it's gluten and dairy free for those who are interested. I like how peppery it is. Great as a side or served with some type of yummy cheese. 

The recipe that I've been using is here. Ali sent me this recipe that I also need to try.
