Weekly Meal Plan x 2

Here's last week's meals and the plan for this week. Still haven't used those Jerusalem Artichokes from 2 weeks ago. Any ideas???

I went to a dinner party the other night and my friend served a jerusalem artichoke soup. I don't have the recipe, but it sounded similar to this:
