Asparagus: Heaven on Earth

I wait all year long to have asparagus, and then I go crazy, eating it almost daily. Just this past Sunday at the farmers market I bought five bunches to last until this coming Sunday. There are so many fantastic ways to enjoy it: simply grilled, boiled then drizzled with sauce, stir-fried, in pasta, as a soup, you name it. Here are some ways I've prepared it although my favorite is just simple grilled or roasted.
